If you open a Kiosk, your primary market will be people in the mall that are already vapers that just need a refill or a quick piece of hardware. Or you would simply use it as a lead generation for your ecommerce shipping business. Getting new customers to try vaping for the first time would be near impossible in a mall kiosk because you would not be able to let them try the flavors.

I kind of like the kiosk option, was wondering exactly how that would would work as to how I would get a booth maybe in the mall…. And if that would be a good start considering I may not be able to get alot of money initially by the way I’m in Texas

I want to be get some ideas on structures from the back-end along with some ideas surrounding how to sustain the rolling average of 25k-30k in revenue. I am going to open up a shop that will be connected to another type of shop. I want to know what is the necessary steps on the back end i need to do also to make sure i am able to start getting things rolling quickly

Online stores are certainly lower overhead to begin but they can also be very challenging if you are not technically savvy. eCommerce sites can become very complex, especially if you are trying to sell all over the US. You also want to remember that you are competing with hundreds of vape shop sites across the entire country when you start an ecommerce site. A local vape shop has a smaller competitive landscape. Hello, I’m looking to open a vape shop in a small area in Georgia. Only about 15k people. The only vape shop around is about 45 minutes away. Vaping is very popular where I live. I already have someone I’m related to that is more then willing to help me start it financially. I just don’t know where to start. I’m not trying to open a big shop at all. Something small. I also want to know the new laws since a lot has changed since this post was made. Thank you

Hi, im looking at opening a vape store in New Zealand, as well as having online presence. My town has a population of maybe 80,000 and there is one B&M store here, wondering if you have any advice other than this report, or perhaps if this report is still useful to me?
