What are your plans in the vape space??

By June 1, 2015Norm's Thoughts

The process of finding out what our followers want is an ongoing challenge. Based on feedback, here is what you need:

  1. Help with starting a brick & mortar shop or an e-liquid line. Momentum continues, but most are unsure and fearful of how to start. Those are the reasons we created the VAPE U programs.
  2. Competition is growing in all sectors and if there are two words that describe the solution they are Competitive Positioning. How do you maintain momentum and market position?
  3. Where is the future of vaping and e-cigs heading? New FDA Deeming Regs may be announced the summer of 2015, so stay tuned. We are asked if vaping is a “fad” and will it go away. Our response is “No”

  • I am interested in starting my own “vape shop” and have learned that i need a business plan. I have no real idea of what that entails, so i am looking for information that I can pass along to help me getting a loan with the bank. I appreciate any and all information you could provide to me in regards to opening my own store.

You don’t NEED a business plan since they are usually for a businesses looking for money from a bank, VC or Angel. Banks are difficult to borrow from but we have financing available. A business plan is highly recommended since it forces you to ask questions that should be asked. Many times new Vape Shop operators get money from family or friends and the better “presentation” you offer the more comfortable they will be that you’ve thought it all thorough. We have three different options from a DIY book for $25 to a book combined with counseling. Let us know what is best for you.
